What we collect, and why
Only what you write in the application form: first name, last name, email address and, if you choose to add them, your city, your profession, the frame you prefer and the few lines about your perspective.
We use these details for one purpose: to evaluate your application and to reply to you. The legal basis is your own request to be considered for access to TEN (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before a possible agreement).
We do not use them for marketing, we do not build profiles, we take no automated decisions, and we never sell or share them for other purposes.
How it travels
- The form sends your application by email to the controller and to the person who manages this website with him. It is not saved in any database.
- The email is sent through a server hosted in Italy (Aruba S.p.A.) and is stored in mailboxes provided by Google, which may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
- To prevent abuse of the form, the sending server keeps, for no more than two hours, an anonymous hourly counter derived from your IP address. It is not linked to your application.
This website
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking tools. Fonts, scripts, images and videos are served from our own server, located in Germany. As with any website, the server records technical access data (IP address, date and time, page requested) in logs that are kept for a short time, only for security and maintenance (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Your application is kept for the time needed to evaluate it and to reply, and in any case no longer than 12 months from when we receive it, unless a relationship with TEN follows. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to see your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Write to alessiotenoglio@gmail.com: we will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Cosa raccogliamo, e perché
Solo quello che scrivi nel modulo di candidatura: nome, cognome, indirizzo email e, se scegli di indicarli, città, professione, la montatura che preferisci e le righe sulla tua prospettiva.
Usiamo questi dati per un solo scopo: valutare la tua candidatura e risponderti. La base giuridica è la tua stessa richiesta di essere preso in considerazione per l'accesso a TEN (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR: misure precontrattuali adottate su tua richiesta).
Non li usiamo per il marketing, non creiamo profili, non prendiamo decisioni automatizzate e non li vendiamo né li comunichiamo per altri scopi.
Il percorso dei dati
- Il modulo invia la candidatura per email al titolare e alla persona che gestisce con lui questo sito. Non viene salvata in nessun database.
- L'email parte da un server ospitato in Italia (Aruba S.p.A.) e viene conservata in caselle fornite da Google, che può trattare dati fuori dall'Unione Europea con le garanzie previste dal GDPR.
- Per evitare abusi del modulo, il server di invio conserva per non più di due ore un contatore orario anonimo ricavato dal tuo indirizzo IP. Non è collegato alla candidatura.
Questo sito
Niente cookie, niente statistiche, niente strumenti di tracciamento. Caratteri, script, immagini e video sono serviti dal nostro server, che si trova in Germania. Come ogni sito, il server registra i dati tecnici di accesso (indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta) in registri conservati per breve tempo, solo per sicurezza e manutenzione (legittimo interesse, art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).
Per quanto tempo
La candidatura è conservata per il tempo necessario a valutarla e a risponderti, e comunque non oltre 12 mesi da quando la riceviamo, salvo che ne nasca un rapporto con TEN. Dopo viene cancellata.
I tuoi diritti
In ogni momento puoi chiedere di vedere i tuoi dati, di farli correggere o cancellare, di limitarne l'uso o di opporti, oppure di riceverne una copia. Scrivi a alessiotenoglio@gmail.com: rispondiamo entro un mese. Hai anche il diritto di presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
